Pride & Joy would like to welcome you and we hope that this is the start of a long standing business relationship. In order to assist us to deliver and maintain our service standards we would like to draw your attention to our terms and conditions which apply to all purchases.
No order will be processed unless it is received in writing, i.e. via email, facsimile or post.
In the event that you (the company) specify the required size/ specification of the garment(s) Pride & Joy will not take responsibility for any change of requirements after personalisation ( embroidery or printing) has taken place.
All orders will be operated on a strict 30 days from date of invoice account basis, which will be subject to a satisfactory response to your account application (application forms available via firstname.lastname@example.org). Any orders below £250 may be pro forma only subject to status and account profile.
Following the receipt of your order / pro forma payment you will be required to confirm the suitability of your embroidery in writing. This will be forwarded to you by post or facsimile under separate terms and conditions. No production will proceed until the signed proof document is received by this office.
Any sample supplied by Pride & Joy remains the property of Pride & Joy. Failure to return the item within the 14 day period will result in an invoice being raised for the full retail price of each item.
All items are subject to a delivery cost which will be advised on your invoice. If there are any discrepancies (shortages/ damage) in your order we must be advised within 7 days of the receipt of the goods to enable us to respond and rectify the problem where practical. Failure to contact our Head Office within this timescale will negate your claim.
The lead time for each order is three weeks from receipt of the written confirmation of your artwork. However we are governed by the product availability at the appropriate suppliers but in the event that there is a delay we will endeavour to keep you informed.
Any returns / exchanges are at the discretion of Pride & Joy, only goods delivered damaged which are advised to LWD within 7 days of receipt will be replaced. All goods remain the property of Pride & Joy until full and final settlement is received.
